Epilepsy Research Foundation Supports research into epilepsy.
|
The Epilepsy Research Foundation was established in 1991 with the aim of funding research into the causes, treatment and prevention of epilepsy.
The Foundation is the only national charity dedicated to funding independent epilepsy research. In the past ten years, we have allocated over £1½ million to projects carried out by the best research teams in the UK.
Each project is initially assessed by our Scientific Advisory Committee, that is composed of leading experts in the epilepsy field, to ensure that we are funding research that has real potential to benefit people with epilepsy.

EARTH WATCH INSTITUTE(Europe) Supports drug and alcohol rehabilitation
|
A significant part of the Earthwatch mission is to deliver education programmes which raise awareness of environmental issues and the need for scientific research. We believe that sustainable conservation cannot take place without a well-informed public, in which people understand conservation problems and are given the skills and inspiration to contribute to solutions. This is the basis of our Fellowship programmes, where we provide fully funded project places to people from throughout the community.
