BP CONSERVATION PROGRAMME
Contributes to conservation throughout world

Since 1985, the BP Conservation Programme (BPCP) has supported and encouraged conservation projects that address global conservation priorities at a local level. The Programme aims to attract, support and develop the skills and networks of future generations of young conservation professionals. This is achieved through a comprehensive system of advice, training and financial awards. The initiative is the result of a unique collaboration between four leading conservation organisations, BirdLife International, Fauna & Flora International (FFI), the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) and Conservation International (CI), and BP. The Programme is now in its 18th year, and first year with WCS and CI as partners, and has supported a total of 210 projects in 64 countries

Brook Hospital Equine Welfare Grants Programme
Promotes improvement of welfare of working equines overseas.

The Brooke Hospital for Animals is committed to alleviating the suffering of working equines worldwide by providing a free veterinary service and by helping their owners to prevent disease and debilitation through education.
